Pressure based system incorporating stainless steel container for highly toxic chemicals

The MAV Closed Chemical system is for highly hazardous and toxic chemicals. It can fill or dispense chemicals securely, protecting operators and the environment. For chemical dispense, pressure is used to empty the container (up to 200L) which is made from stainless steel only. A keyed flange system preserves chemical integrity and avoids cross contamination. The valve is mounted to a special neck which is welded to the container for ultimate security and integrity. This can only be removed by special tools which we can supply. Different seals are available depending on the chemical being handled.
